Laura Greenaway Fitness’s running e-courses are offered for new and experienced runners multiple times per year. Courses cover the 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon, and Marathon distance. I also offer 1:1 Personal Online Coaching as well.

Rock the 10K – Coming in May (8 week course + 1 week pre-season)
Half Marathon Beginner – Starts August 3rd (12 week course + 1 week pre-season)
